Now that I've made my obligatory joke, here's some info that might help lift your question out of the mire of ambiguity it is currently stuck in:
 
What software are you using for burning? If it's anything besides Nero or Easy CD Creator you're wasting your time. Please tell me you're not letting Windows do it. PLEASE.
 
What is the speed of your CD Burner?
 
Are you using CDs suitable for your burner's MAXIMUM speed?
 
Are you sending more than one song at a time to the burner to be encoded?
